FLASH BACK
There was a time when sites were criticized for using FLASH on the home page as Google and the other search engines couldn’t read the sites. It may have been neat to watch, but if the site doesn’t get indexed, what’s the point?
No longer. Google has improved its ability to index FLASH content in the SWF files that are included in FLASH. This includes finding URLs that appear in FLASH files and indexing textual content. It will not, however, recognize the image files contained in a FLASH site.
